Lolita Carvallo-Taylor, LMHC
Hello! I am Lolita Carvallo-Taylor, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I specialize in:
Couples work and practice as a couple therapist with Level 3 Gottman Method, strategies developed by the renowned Doctors John & Julie Gottman of the ‘Gottman Institute.’
Therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral, Schema therapies, Dialectical Behavioral therapies, Psychoanalytic work (exploring core emotional unmet needs).
Trained in Trauma Informed practices and worked with survivors of childhood abuse and other post-traumatic experiences with clients.
Certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Life Coach through ‘Avalon Empowerment’
Narcissistic Victim Syndrome (Trauma-Bonding) is a specialization to help individuals through their journey as they ‘break-free’ from an unhealthy relationship.
Whether you are a partner struggling in your relationship or a couple in need of strategies to increase positive relational connections, here are a few questions you may be asking:
Are you experiencing situations in your relationship where frustrations have become weekly arguments, with the same problems continuing to recycle?
Are you in a relationship where you are unsure you and your partner can survive as a couple?
Have these conflict interactions now affected other areas of your life, family, work, school, business and most importantly, your emotional and overall state of mind?
Or is your relationship a string of misunderstandings or at a toxic level that you are now trying to figure out your best course of action?
Trying to maneuver your relationship and struggling with emotional/mental health conditions can certainly create the ‘perfect storm’ of ongoing negativity. I can assist with helping you gain effective skills to work through the complex maze of relationships!

James Douglas Jr., RMHCI & RMFTI
Hello! I am James Douglas Jr., a Mental Health Therapist and ADHD/Neurodivergency Coach. With over 15 years of experience in psychology, mental health, counseling, and coaching, I bring a deep understanding of how to support individuals navigating complex emotional and cognitive challenges. As Coaching Director at Palm Atlantic Behavioral Health, I lead our efforts in delivering specialized support for ADHD, executive functioning, and neurodivergent clients through a personalized, strengths-based approach.
For the past five years, my focus has centered on working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD, helping them build practical strategies and self-awareness to thrive in both personal and professional contexts. My coaching style is eclectic and integrative, drawing from Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I’m also a Mental Health and Marriage and Family Therapist, and my previous role as Wellness Director for Google and YouTube, supporting employee well-being in high-demand roles. These experiences have sharpened my insights into emotional regulation, focus, and resilience, especially in fast-paced environments.
My areas of expertise include:
ADHD and Neurodivergence
Executive Functioning Skills
Self-compassion and Confidence-building
Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation
Anxiety and Motivation
Parenting and Family Dynamics
Support for Professionals and Entrepreneurs
My work is grounded, collaborative, and centered on helping clients develop sustainable systems that work for their brains, not against them. Whether you’re building routines, navigating big life transitions, or seeking clarity and focus, I’m here to help you create meaningful change.
Personally, I know what it’s like to live with ADHD—and how powerful the right tools and community can be. I rely on digital systems, reminders, movement, and connection to support my own focus and well-being. Outside of work, you’ll find me coaching youth sports, spending time with family, traveling, or hunting down the next great restaurant.
Let’s build a life that works for you, with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
James’ approach is:
