  • We currently offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services only. All sessions are conducted online for your convenience and comfort.

  • Yes and No:

    Yes – For mental health therapy, our licensed therapists are only authorized to provide services to clients who reside in Florida.

    No – For ADHD & Neurodivergent coaching, our coaches can work with clients located anywhere in the U.S. and beyond!

  • At this time, we do not offer free consultations. However, our dedicated intake team will help match you with a clinician that aligns with your needs and preferences.

Fees, Insurance & Payment

  • Our private-pay rates range from $150–$200 per session, depending on the type and length of service. Coaching services are typically $175/session. We also offer discounted multi-session packages for select services.

  • Yes! Palm Atlantic Behavioral Health is now in-network with Aetna Commercial plans, Optum Plans (including United Healthcare, OSCAR and UMR), and Medicare primary for therapy services.

    We are also in the process of credentialing with Cigna (Evernorth) and Florida Blue (BCBS of FL), and expect to begin accepting these plans very soon.

    If you have a different insurance provider, we are still considered an out-of-network provider. In that case, we can provide you with a superbill (an itemized invoice with billing codes) after your session. You may submit this to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.

    Please note: Insurance benefits apply only to mental health therapy services. ADHD & Neurodivergent Coaching (including Executive Function Coaching and NLP Coaching) is private-pay only and not covered by insurance.

    If you are unsure about your coverage, we recommend calling your insurance company and asking about your mental health outpatient benefits and out-of-network reimbursement.

  • We do not currently offer sliding scale rates, but we aim to make our services accessible through package pricing and focused, goal-oriented treatment plans.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure client portal, managed by SimplePractice.

Policies & Procedures

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.

  • Absolutely. We follow all HIPAA guidelines and Florida privacy laws to ensure your information is protected. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations involving safety concerns or mandated reporting by law.

  • Most clients attend weekly sessions, but your therapist will collaborate with you to create a schedule that supports your goals—whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or otherwise.

  • Yes, in some cases, clients may benefit from a hybrid approach. However, coaching and therapy are distinct services. Your clinician will help you determine what fits best based on your goals.

Specialties & Fit

  • We primarily serve adults and late adolescents (16+). Some therapists may see younger clients on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes. Our team includes clinicians with specialized training in trauma-focused care and ADHD/executive function coaching. We take a neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based approach.

  • Yes. You will be matched with a dedicated therapist who will work with you throughout your care. If you ever wish to switch, we will facilitate that process respectfully and confidentially.
